Customer service policy

Zonzo Estate is committed to providing exceptional customer service and products. We endeavour to ensure all products on our website are in stock and pricing is true and correct. If an ordered item is unavailable or we’re unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within the hour and arrange an alternative or refund.

Payments

All transactions are processed in AUD.

Credit card payments are processed securely through third party payment processors (Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay) and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective processor. Upon completion of your payment we will email you a receipt. We are not able to access your credit card details. Payment is due on order. Goods will not be released until payment has cleared.

The prices outlined are in Australian dollars (AUD) and do not include postage.

Pickup

Pickup of orders in our restaurant and/or cellar door is free of charge.

Upon payment you will receive tracking information on your nominated phone number and/or email address.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Wine is all about experimentation and we hope that you enjoy your choice. We do ask that you consider your choice before completing your order as we do not provide refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.

You are entitled to a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.
