With notes of plum, rhubarb and spice this is the perfect drink to share at a garden party or to sip between rounds of barefoot bowls. It pairs well with a salad nicoise on a warm day—or have it all by itself!

I can be quite fussy when it comes to Rosé as I only like a dry rosé. This wine ticks all the boxes for me, it has great flavours on the palate. This is my go to wine on a warm summer's day.

Sunny Sunday afternoons
This European style of Rosé has a lovely spicy nose intertwined with plums and rhubarb. Rose perfume and subtle background cardamon aids in this fresh profile. This freshness is supported by barrel and partial malolactic fermentation both of which provides weight and savoury characters. Great length and fresh detailed persistence.
This rosé has been made by blending lightly pressed merlot and shiraz. The fruit was pressed to tank and settle overnight. Three days later settled juice was racked, inoculated with yeast and fermented in old French barrels.
