Delicate rose petal pink with a powerful punch of that Moscato aroma with its ripe peach, nectarine and orange aromas. The fizz makes these flavours explode leaving your taste buds satisfied—until you find yourself reaching out for another sip to enjoy it all over again.
The grapes in our Moscato are predominantly Muscat Gordo Blanc (30%) and Frontignan (70%), each picked separately as ripening times vary.
Grapes were pressed and juice was cold settled. Ferment was kept relatively cool to stop it from progressing too quickly. Cooling was fully turned on once the wine hit 8% alcohol. The wine was then filtered to extract the yeast, ensuring the remaining sugar stays in the wine, giving it a luscious, sweet flavour.
