Terms and conditions of sale
Our wine store terms and conditions can be found below. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to email us. Have a look, then wander back to the store when you’re ready.
All transactions are processed in AUD and delivery is only available within Australia.
Customer service policy
Zonzo Estate is committed to providing exceptional customer service and products. We endeavour to ensure all products on our website are in stock and pricing is true and correct. If an ordered item is unavailable or we’re unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative, backorder or refund.
Gift cards or notes of credit purchased in the restaurant and website:
• cannot be redeemed for the cost of shipping
• are redeemable for the purchase of goods at Zonzo Estate
• are redeemable on any purchase in the online store at zonzo.com.au
• cannot be replaced if lost/stolen
• will be given as a voucher if change is required
• expire 3 years from the date of purchase
Extensions are not granted on any gift cards.
All transactions are processed in AUD.
Credit card payments are processed securely through third party payment processors (Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay) and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective processor. Upon completion of your payment we will email you a receipt. We are not able to access your credit card details. Payment is due on order. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
The prices outlined are in Australian dollars (AUD) and do not include postage. Postage prices are a flat fee within Australia.
International shipping can be arranged by calling us on +61 (03) 9730 2500. Some countries outside Australia may require import duties and tax to be paid. You are responsible for paying duties and taxes in your country if applicable. Prices may change at any time, but at no point will the cost of an active subscription increase.
When choosing to pay via subscription, you are accepting to pay on a recurring basis and acknowledge an automatic payment will be made from your credit card based on the terms set forward in your subscription. The first payment will be made immediately, with subsequent payments made every month until you cancel your subscription.
When purchasing from Zonzo Estate your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology. If you have any questions regarding our security policy, please contact us.

Limitation of liability
Neither Zonzo Estate nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives, or the developer, Internet Service Provider or carrier of the website, will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection to the use of Zonzo Estate’s website. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
We offer free shipping on all orders, Australia wide.
Once an order is received and payment has cleared, all orders are processed and are ready for dispatch within 2-3 business days. Products and subscriptions are shipped Monday to Friday, following payment confirmation. Payment must be cleared before we ship anything.
Please note, orders may take longer to dispatch following public holidays, sales and peak times (eg/Christmas).
All orders are shipped through our local courier service or Australia Post and generally take 2-7 business days to arrive following dispatch depending on location and any postal service delays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to your nominated phone number or email address. Please ensure all fields are filled out with your order (phone number and email address) to receive tracking information.
If your order is returned to sender (Zonzo Estate) due to failure to collect your order from your local Post Office or pick up point you will be charged additional shipping fees to have it returned back to you (minimum $25 + depending on your location). Zonzo Estate will not be responsible for wearing costs of shipping in this instance.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post and take approximately 3-7 business days through standard post. If you require express shipping on your order, this will incur additional fees, please call us on +61 (03) 9730 2500 to receive a quote and arrange.
Wine club cancellations
If you wish to cancel your wine club subscription, you can at any time by calling Zonzo Estate on +61 (03) 9730 2500. You cannot cancel via our website.
Wine is all about experimentation and we hope that you enjoy your choice. We do ask that you consider your choice before completing your order as we do not provide refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You are entitled to a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.
All orders are securely packaged and shipped through Australia Post. Australia Post are very reliable and trusted by us to ship all orders. In the very rare occasion that your parcel is damaged during the delivery process, please contact us to arrange a replacement.
If your order is returned to sender
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to your nominated email address.
Once the item has been shipped it is your responsibility to track your items delivery.
